The Role of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Learning ARTS, you will play a crucial role in implementing ABA therapy programs designed to address the unique needs of each child. Under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will work directly with clients to teach new skills, promote positive behavior, and foster independence. From conducting assessments and collecting data to implementing behavior plans and collaborating with families, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.
